Duties1. Greet participants upon arrival. Assist with seating if necessary. Provide participants with their name tags. 
2. Assist with assigned tasks such as group discussions, setting up and cleaning up supplies/equipment, providing one-to-one assistance. 
3. Provide encouragement and support to participants during activities. 
4. Ensure safety of participants at all times. 
5. Listen carefully and with respect to the participants.
