| Duties | Mentor girls as they explore new challenges, develop ready-for-anything skills, and take on new challenges, in a safe and supportive atmosphere during weekly meetings and optional outings and camps. A Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening is required and provided free of charge. Two references and an interview are part of the screening process. |

| Training | Orientation - An Orientation package is provided and reviewed during the screening interview. ; Training is provided - GGC's risk management (Safe Guide) online training module is required before starting the position. Four other online and/or in-person job-related trainings are required within the first six months of the position. ; Other optional trainings are provided. |
