Description (Service)

Literacy and basic skills training including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills

helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence

Learning plans designed for individual students based on level and pace. Flexible class times available and students may qualify for transportation or child-care assistance.

Career Solutions, 1367 Mosley St

Service Details

Public Comments	Adult upgrading focused on developing skills for work, training or post-secondary education. Preparation for Grade 12 equivalency credits and ACE Certification. Classes include Communications (English), math, biology, chemistry, computers and self-management.
Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm. Class times vary by location, call office for details.

Eligibility	Ages: 18 year(s) and up Ontario adults aged 18 and older who are employed or unemployed and receive income support, with reading, writing, and math skills below Grade 12 must have facility in English
