Program focuses on healthy eating during pregnancy, pre and postnatal wellness, breastfeeding and newborn care

Free weekly virtual program helping to promote healthy pregnancies in a friendly and supportive virtual drop-in environment:
Participants receive support and information on a wide range of relevant topics such as breastfeeding, health, pre- and postnatal nutrition, perinatal mantal health, becoming a parent, social connections and community resources
Nutritious foods, grocery gift cards, prenatal vitamins and infant vitamin D are provided to program participants
Catulpa Community Support Services is a sponsor of the MotherCare program in Simcoe County

Public Comments	Programs located in Alliston, Angus, Barrie, Bradford, Collingwood, Innisfil, Midland, Orillia, Wasaga Beach.
Hours	Weekly Virtual MotherCare Program Tue 1 pm-2 pm on Zoom
Areas Served	Simcoe County
Eligibility	Pregnant Simcoe County residents who are currently on a low income or who receive social assistance Simcoe County residents who joined MotherCare during their pregnancy will be supported until their baby is 6 weeks old
