National program supporting families, young parents or Newcomers to Canada with children 0-6 years of age who are currently living on a low income:

CAPC's hosted programs are MotherCare, Baby Steps and Next Step
Provide fun and inclusive activities to support healthy families
Activities relate to nutrition, health, parenting and child development, nutritious foods and other resources are shared free of charge
Program sessions include topics such as Young Parent Supports, Nutrition and Food Skill building, Parenting Programs, and Early Learning/Family Literacy Programs

for more information and community resources check out Facebook or Instagram pages
offers virtual and in-person programming at multiple locations throughout Simcoe County
