Provides treatment level Foster Care Homes and programs. Provides support services for Bridgeway Foster Homes and external agencies. Provides respite services for Bridgeway Foster Homes and for external parties.

Specialized foster care program governed by the Ministry of Child, Youth and Family Services

Specialized Foster Homes to meet CAS and other Child Protection Agency referral and placement needs
Treatment Foster Homes to serve complex care children and young people
Extensive Support Services available (including Transportation Service)
Clinical Services available

Service Details

Hours	Administrative hours: 9 am-4 pm
Areas Served	Durham Region ; Hamilton (City of) ; Kingston ; Kitchener ; Northumberland County ; Peterborough (County of) ; Quinte West ; Simcoe County ; Toronto ; Welland
Eligibility	Referrals can be accepted for children, youth and young adults. 18 year(s) and under
Application	Call the office for more information and to apply to become a Foster Parent. Applications can be made on line at www.bridgeway.ca and referrals for foster care can be made 24/7. To make a referral call Bridgeway Placement Coordinator at 416-527-1186.
