Description
| Description (Service) | Provides flights in World War Two aircraft to the public. Has a library devoted to aviation history, aircraft construction, repair, maintenance, restoration and preservation. Hosts a fly-in for classic aircraft each year. Annual "Gathering of the Classics" - first Saturday following the long weekend in August, displaying rare vintage World War Two era airplanes, classic cars and motorcycles. The aviation museum maintains aircraft in flying condition and restores airplanes that have had a significant impact on Canadian aviation history. |
