Emergency room care. Full time emergency doctors and general practitioners, nurses and other health professionals assess and treat life-threatening injuries or severe illness.

Collingwood General and Marine Hospital has launched a pilot project that allows patients to book their emergency department visits in advance.

Book a same-day or next-day arrival time to be assessed and treated for minor injuries such as minor lacerations, urinary tract infections (UTI's), skin infections and rashes, minor fractures, or coughs, colds and flu.

Eligibility	People who need medical care for serious illnesses and injuries.

Fees	Most services covered by OHIP. Fees list available for services not covered.
