Description (Service)

Provides programs and services that are available to all members of the community at no cost, including those who experience barriers accessing health care.

Persons experiencing barriers may include:

Youth
Individuals or families experiencing poverty, housing and/or food security challenges
Individuals or families experiencing mental health and/or addiction issues
Individuals with any disability that presents a barrier to wellness or service access
Isolated seniors

Current programs include:

mental health programs
physical exercise groups
nutrition/cooking programs
chronic disease management groups
programs for individuals living with chronic pain or chronic health conditions
nature based programs
social support groups, hobbies and crafts groups, and more

Hours	Mon, Wed, Thu 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm * Tue 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-7:30 pm * Fri 9 am-1 pm
Areas Served	Clearview (Simcoe County) ; Collingwood ; Elmvale ; Wasaga Beach
Eligibility	All programs and workshops are available to all members of the community regardless of their primary care affiliation. Individuals do not have to be a registered client to take part in the community programs.
