Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Description

Description (Service) Supports seniors and older adults to remain independent in their own home by providing three levels of assisted support:
  • Assisted Living Services provide support with personal care and hygiene, medication support, meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Low Acuity Services provide personal care and hygiene support for one to two hours per per week
  • Homemaking Service also available - See separate record
