Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Note: If you can't find a listing or would like to see a list of records by agency or category, email 211data@communityconnection.ca.

Free housing navigation services to support newcomers in understanding the local housing system and accessing available resources

Services include:

  • assistance understanding how to look for housing and what to expect
  • information about tenant rights and responsibilities
  • referrals to communtiy services and housing-related supports
  • guidance on how to access emergency or temporary housing options
