Description
| Description (Service) | Assist adults with physical disabilities and seniors with routine household activities such as light housekeeping (personal living space), household management tasks, meal preparation, laundry, and shopping. Community referrals and care coordination is available. Service is available Monday to Friday from 8 am-5 pm for a minimum of 1 hour visit, with a maximum of 4 hours per month. This is a fee-for-service program that is funded by Ontario Health with a subsidized rate based on the client's income. |
