Free home visiting services provided by Public Health Nurses and/or Family Home Visitors to help young children get a healthy start in life

voluntary program for families who may benefit from additional support during pregnancy or any time up until children begin school
provide support for families with infants or pre-school children who:
- have concerns about their child's growth and development
- would like help building and maintaining a strong bond and connection with their child
- need help adjusting to postpartum changes and parenthood
- want to better understand their new baby and how to respond to them
- have other needs that make pregnancy and parenting challenging like housing, finances, their own health, being new to Canada

Eligibility	Pregnant people and their families families with children from birth until transition to school requiring additional support reside in County of Simcoe or District of Muskoka

Languages	English; French - Reception, Programs; Other - Service in additional languages can be arranged using a third-party interpretation service
