Supports and resources to help parents raise healthy children

Circle of Security Parent Group

for parents with children 4 months-6 yrs
helps parents build a stronger, happier relationship with their child and develop a secure attachment
helps parents understand why children misbehave the way they do and increase reflective and empathetic responses to their child's distress or behaviour

Triple P Child (Positive Parenting Program) Group

for parents with children up to 12 years
guidance and support in managing common parenting challenges
helps parents develop strategies to manage misbehaviour, set rules and routine and encourage positive behaviour and self-care

Triple P Teen (Positive Parenting Program) Group

for parents with children 12-16 years
peer support for parents in similar situations with similar concerns
offers tips and suggestions to suit the needs of the family

Triple P Family Transitions Group

for parents who are going through separation or divorce
provides support in resolving conflicts in their relationships which may be impacting their children
Separating parents must attend separate groups
