Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Advanced in home foot care services provided by a registered nurse (RN)

  • clients are seen in the comfort of their own home or facility
  • Treatments Include:
    • Health history, foot and nail assessment, soft tissue assessment (i.e. plantar fasciitis)
    • Treatment referrals, bony structural assessment (i.e. bone spurs, bunions etc.)
    • Nail Cutting (regular and thickened, convoluted and ram's horn nails)
    • Footwear education
    • Foot Massage Therapy
    • Callous and corn removal/reduction
    • Diabetic assessment/treatment and education
    • Fungal nail and foot treatment and education
    • Ingrown nail removal, pain reduction and education
