Eligibility	Age Requirements: 65 year(s) and up Canadian citizen or legal resident residing in Canada for at least 10 years after reaching age 18 can be deferred for up to 60 months (5 years) after the date of eligibility Canadian citizens living outside of Canada who lived in Canada for a total of at least 20 years after reaching age 18, see website for details
Application	Older Adults who are eligible are enrolled automatically a notification letter will be sent by Service Canada the month after turning 64 if no letter is received, apply in writing by mail application and required documentation available on website
