Description (Service)

The Planning Department oversees all development applications. The Department administers the Township's land use planning documents such as the Official Plan, Zoning By-law, and Site Plan Control By-law. The Planning Department provides guidance for the development of the municipality (short term and long term) and also provides support to the Committee of Adjustment.
