When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Eligibility
  • Priority reserved for Seniors residing in the North Simcoe for the past 5 years
  • 65 years and older with an emphasis on those who are 75 years and older
  • At risk for falls including orthopedic trauma
  • Experiencing difficulties with managing day to day activities
  • Experiencing some difficulties with cognition as a result of the aging process
  • Marginalized
  • Socially and geographically isolated
  • Low Income - less than $2000 per month
  • Assets not over $50,000
