Transitions homeless individuals or at risk of homelessness to become self sufficient and improve the quality of their lives. Offering:

transitional housing complex with 20 units for short term housing and supports
on-site client programming to improve life skills, social connections and recreational activities
support services to transition to long-term and permanent housing

Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served	Christian Island ; Midland ; Penetanguishene ; Springwater ; Tay ; Tiny
Eligibility	Individuals 18 years and older Families experiencing homelessness or at risk for homelessness
Application	Referral from Simcoe County Coordinated Access system.
Languages	English
Fees	Service - Rental Fees are required. Call for details.
