Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Description (Service) Community-based program that seeks to strengthen and promote mental health and well-being for urban Indigenous people.

Program objectives are:
  • to improve physical well-being for individuals and families through the promotion of healthy lifestyles, and activities
  • to improve mental well-being using strengths-based approaches to achieve and maintain a good mind
  • to support and improve individual and family emotional well-being and the ability to recognize and maintain healthy relationships
  • to provide access to cultural knowledge and activities that foster self-respect and identity
