| Hours | X-ray: Mon-Fri 7:30 am-5 pm, all other services by appointment. |

| Application | Appointment required for all imaging except X-rays. Bring completed and signed requisition form and a valid health card with you to the Central Registration desk, which is located in the main lobby of the hospital. To cancel an appointment call the booking desk as early possible and no later than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. |
