Collingwood residents facing income barriers to recreation can access financial credit for sport or recreation programs including:

100% subsidy to a max of $150 per individual during a 12-month period for programs delivered by Parks, Recreation and Culture
50% subsidy to a max of $100 per individual during a 12-month period to offset costs for registration fees for community recreation or minor sports that use Town of Collingwood Recreation facilities.

Eligibility	Must be a Collingwood resident. Primary applicant must be at least 18 years.
Application	Pick-up an application form at any Town of Collingwood Recreation Facility or Town Hall OR download it from the website OR call and an application will be mailed. Complete the application form and drop it off at any Town of Collingwood Recreation Facility or Town Hall.
