| Description (Service) | Responsible for the bookings of all municipal recreational facilities, including all spaces within the RecPlex, which offers two large multi-purpose halls (Hall #1A & Oakview Centre) as well as a small meeting room. All halls are air-conditioned and equipped with tables and chairs. Renters are responsible for getting their own liquor license, bartenders and caterers. The municipality has a Municipal Alcohol Policy in effect that must be adhered to for bookings where alcohol will be served. Kitchen facilities are available at an additional cost. |
