| Description (Service) | Provides financial assistance to qualifying homeowners who are seniors and/or people with disablitiies with a grant to purchase snow removal services. Maximum amount per house hold is $200 per year. Program must be applied for each year. Will be provided until the budget for the program has been exhausted. |
