Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Providing services to enable adults to stay in their homes longer.

Home assistance services include:

  • Errand running and shopping asssitance
  • Routine household activities such as meal planning and preparation and laundry
  • Respite care, companionship
  • Experience working with visually impaired
  • Experience working with hearing impaired
  • Transportation to and documentation at medical appointments
  • Liaison and advocate for medical appointments
  • Alzheimer's and dementia care
  • Cognitive stimulation
  • Companionship
  • Extra assistance in retirement homes

Qualifications:

  • Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check, upon request.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED with level HCP Certificate
  • Defensive Driving Certificate
  • Health and Safety Certification
  • Over 30 years experience with clean Driver's Abstract, references upon request
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training
