Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Description (Service) Provides financial assistance to low-income households in Barrie, to help offset water/wastewater bill costs
  • Successful applicants will be credited a portion of their water/wastewater bill back to them.
  • credit provided will not exceed 40% of the total water/wastewater bill to a maximum of $60 per billing cycle

Eligibility Permanent, full-time principal resident with a current City of Barrie residential water and wastewater billing account.
  • The account must be in the applicants name.
  • The application pertains to a principal residence that the applicant either owns or rents.
  • A principal residence is defined as the main location where the applicant lives.
