Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Provincial remedial measures program for convicted impaired drivers or drivers with one or more roadside suspensions

  • information, registration, assessment, education, treatment groups and follow-up interviews as required
  • participants should register a week (7 days) AFTER the impaired conviction or roadside suspensions. It may take up to 11 months to complete all parts of the Back on Track program

Public Comments Administrative Office in Toronto is not open to the public, no in-person service
Hours Telephone Service: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm, call at other times to listen to recorded information, no in-person service
Areas Served Muskoka District ; Simcoe County ; York County ; 28 different location across Ontario
Eligibility
  • Individuals who have been convicted of impaired driving, or who have one or more roadside suspensions in the past 10 years
  • completion of program is mandatory before driver's licence can be reinstated

  • Call, email or visit website for information, no walk-in service
  • registration form can be completed online or downloaded
  • participants must register after receiving conviction and pay full registration fee before commencing program
  • participants should register a week (7 days) AFTER the impaired conviction or roadside suspensions, it may take up to 11 months to complete all parts of the Back on Track program
