Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

  • IV medication administration and teaching
  • PICC lines, Portacath, Chemo disconnects
  • ABIs
  • Health Teaching
  • Injections
  • Symptom management
  • Ostomy care and teaching
  • Catheter care, Nephrostomy care, Drain care, G Tube care
  • Physical Assessments
All patients attending the community nursing clinic will be assessed and provided with individualized instruction on self care and self-management supports
