Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

National program supporting families, young parents or Newcomers to Canada with children 0-6 years of age who are currently living on a low income:

  • CAPC's hosted programs are MotherCare and Next Step
  • Provide fun and inclusive activities to support healthy families
  • Activities relate to nutrition, health, parenting and child development. Nutritious foods and other resources are shared free of charge
  • Program sessions include topics such as Young Parent Supports, Nutrition and Food Skill building, Parenting Programs, and Early Learning/Family Literacy Programs
  • CAPC offers virtual and in-person programming at multiple locations throughout Simcoe County
  • Visit their Facebook page or website for more information and to access their monthly virtual and in-person event calendar

Service Details

Public Comments Simcoe County CAPC, including MotherCare, Next Step and Children's in-person and virtual programs, will be closed between December 25 and January 12. Programs will begin again on Monday, January 15, 2024.
