Description (Service)

Provides Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) services to treat Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Offers individual sessions for the adult and pediatric population, as well as family sessions
All sessions can be attended either virtually or in-person at the Barrie clinic
Therapists are OCD and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) experts
Offers SPACE sessions (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) for parents of children with OCD
Offers intern-led counselling sessions for those with financial barriers (Not the same as ERP treatment)
Offers HRT (Habit-Reversal training) sessions for those who hair-pull, skin pick for example

Hours	Counselling Sessions: Mon-Fri 8 am-6 pm by appointment only
Areas Served	Muskoka District ; Simcoe County ; Can provide service to residents in British Columbia (virtually), Ontario (in-person & virtually), Alberta (in-person & virtually), Saskatchewan (virtually), Manitoba (virtually), Nova Scotia (virtually), and Newfoundland and Labrador (virtually)
