In-Person Classes:

Virtually Facilitated Online Prenatal Class

Self-Guided Online Prenatal Class with audio (include pregnancy modules)

Pregnancy (prenatal care and tests, baby's growth, body changes, mental health, eating & weight gain, physical activity, sex, preterm labour, alcohol, drugs and smoking, safety, and special pregnancy considerations)
Labour and Birth (labour, comfort techniques, medical procedures, caesarean birth, relaxation exercises)
After Baby is Born (breastfeeding, newborn care, postpartum)
