Outreach Presentations
"Remembering When" presentation was developed by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help older adults live safely at home for as long as possible. Presentation focuses on 8 fire prevention and 8 falls prevention messages.

Public Comments	New carbon monoxide alarm requirements in effect As of January 1, 2026, changes to the Ontario Fire Code now require additional carbon monoxide alarms in houses and multi-unit residences with fuel-burning appliances, fireplaces or attached garages.
