Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Description (Service) Provide medical and non-medical home health care services to disabled adults and seniors allowing them to live independently in their home.

Personal Support Worker (PSWs) services include but are not limited to:
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Transportation/Grocery assistance
  • Respite care
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
Nursing Services (RPNs and RNs) include but are not limited to:
  • medication administration
  • nursing assessments
  • palliative care
  • Alzheimer's and dementia care
