Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Description (Service) COVID-19 - Staff are working remotely

Ministry funded community participation and accommodation supports for individuals with an intellectual disability who are deemed eligible for services through Developmental Services Ontario.

CLASS also offers respite accommodations or day program supports based on availability on a fee for service basis for youth and adults

Supports provided can include:
  • 24-hour staffing in group living accommodations
  • individualized supports for those residing independently in the community
  • Foundations program to support people in transition from high school to adult life
  • youth after school and school break programs
  • employment supports
  • community participation programs

Eligibility
  • Individuals with an intellectual disability
  • Adults must be eligible for services through Developmental Services Ontario for Ministry funded programs
  • Fee for service programs are accessed directly through CLASS admissions process
  • Youth programs are available for those individuals accepted through intake
